Getting into My TFT Match History
Alright, so I decided it was time to actually look back at my recent Teamfight Tactics games. You know, instead of just queueing up again right after a rough 8th place finish. Felt like I needed to see the patterns, or maybe just confirm how badly I messed up that one comp.

First thing, I booted up the Riot client. Simple enough. Logged in, got to the main screen. Then I clicked over to the TFT section, naturally. From there, I started looking around for where they stash the game records.
Found my Profile section. Seemed like the logical place. And yep, right there, was a tab or button labeled Match History. Gave that a click.
Okay, here’s the list. It showed my recent matches, maybe the last 10 or 20 games? I saw:
- My final placement in each game (lots of 5ths and 6ths lately, oof).
- The main traits I had active at the end.
- How long the game lasted.
- What game mode it was (ranked, normals, etc.).
It was pretty clear at a glance. For a quick look back, this was decent. I wanted a bit more detail on one specific game where I thought I had a killer setup but still bombed. I clicked on that particular game row in the list.
This opened up a more detailed view for that specific match. Showed the scoreboard, who else was in the game, their comps, and my items and units round-by-round, kind of. It wasn’t super detailed like some tools I’ve heard about, but it gave me the basics. I could see where I pivoted, what units I had starred up.
Spent a few minutes clicking through a couple of the really bad games and one surprisingly good first place I’d forgotten about. It helped to visually see the final board state again.
Overall thought? It’s useful, built right into the client, no fuss. Does the job for a quick review after a session. Sometimes I wish it had more analysis, like showing my win rate with specific comps over time, but for just checking what happened last game or last night, it works fine. Got the info I was initially looking for.
