Now, I ain’t no fancy expert, but I watch the games sometimes when I’m not busy. You see them boys runnin’ up and down that court, throwin’ the ball, tryin’ to get it in the hoop. That’s how they score points, see? And the more points you get, the higher you climb in that standin’ thing.
Them fellas gotta play lotsa games. Yep, it’s a long season. They play all over, different cities, different teams. And each game, it counts. Win some, lose some. That’s how it goes.

I heard tell they got these fellas, leaders in points. That means they’re good at throwin’ the ball in the hoop, gettin’ them points. Important fellas, them point leaders.
Now, you can watch them games on that… that… TV thing. They call it ESPN somethin’. Shows you the score, ya know, how many points each team got. And highlights too, the best parts of the game.
Cav-a-leers, that’s what they call ’em. They been around a long time, I reckon. Years and years they been playin’. Someone told me they got a record, somethin’ about how many games they won and lost over all them years. Lots of games, I bet.

They got this website, FOXSports somethin’. You can look it up and see their standin’ there too. Shows you where they are compared to all the other teams. Conferences, divisions, all that fancy talk. I just look for the numbers, ya know?
They had some famous players, I heard. Big fellas, tall and strong. One fella, LeBron, he played for them a long time. Went away, came back, played some more. They put his picture up all over town, big banners and such. He must’ve been good, real good.
