The Rock, you know, that Dwayne Johnson, he’s a big shot in WWE. That SmackDown, oh boy, that’s where he really shines, you know? He’s got muscles bigger than my old water bucket. My grandson, he loves watching that WWE. And The Rock is his hero. Mine too, I guess! He’s so strong, like a bull!
That Smackdown, they got all them wrestlers, jumping and yelling. That’s where he showed ’em who’s boss. All those other fellas, they try to fight him, but The Rock, he just throws ’em around like they’re rag dolls. He’s got this move, you know, the “Rock Bottom”, they call it. He slams ’em right down. And then, “The People’s Elbow”! Oh, it’s a sight to see!
He used to wrestle that Stone Cold fella. Steve Austin, that’s his name. They was always going at it. Like two roosters in a henhouse, I tell ya! Lots of yelling and throwing each other around. The Rock and Stone Cold, they were something else. Always on SmackDown, fighting and fighting. Made for good watching, though.
- He wrestled that Triple H fella too.
- And that Undertaker, all spooky-like.
- He even went up against that John Cena.
My grandson, he knows all their names. I can barely keep up. But The Rock, he’s my favorite. Always has been. He’s got that, you know, that thing. Charisma, they call it. He can talk, that one. Gets the crowd all riled up. And he’s funny, too. Makes me laugh, even when he’s acting all tough on SmackDown.
He was always in WWE, you know, in those matches. They all want to be the champ. But The Rock, he was the best. He won lots of those belts. Big gold things. My grandson has posters of him, all over his room. With those belts. He wants to be just like him.
The Rock, he’s a good one, he is. He works hard, you can tell. All that wrestling, it ain’t easy. And he’s good to his mama, I hear. That’s important, you know. A man who loves his mama, he’s alright in my book.
I remember one time on SmackDown, he was talking about his family. He’s got a big family. Lots of cousins, I think. All big and strong, like him. They wrestle, too, some of them. It’s in their blood, I guess.
He ain’t just a wrestler, though. The Rock, he’s in them movies now, too. Big movies, on the big screen. He’s a big star. But he started in WWE, on SmackDown. That’s where he learned it all, I reckon.
He’s got all these sayings, too. “Know your role,” he says. And “Lay the smack down.” He says that a lot. Especially on SmackDown, when he’s about to beat someone up. It’s all part of the show, you know. They plan it all out. But it’s still fun to watch.
Wrestling ain’t like it used to be, though. It was different back in my day, when they wore those leotards. But The Rock and all those WWE fellas are good. The kids like ’em. That’s what counts. The Rock on SmackDown makes the children happy.
My grandson he watches all the interviews, too. The Rock, he’s good on the microphone, I’ll give him that. He knows how to talk to people. He’s got a way with words. Even my old ears can understand that. Even better than other guys, like Stone Cold. They are all good on SmackDown.
He’s got a good life, that The Rock. Wrestling, movies, all that. He’s come a long way. From SmackDown to Hollywood, they say. But he’ll always be a wrestler to me. That’s how I’ll always remember him. The People’s Champion, they call him. And he is, he really is. All thanks to WWE and SmackDown.
He’s a good example, you know. For the kids. Shows them that if you work hard, you can achieve anything. Even if you are from poor family. Just like The Rock. He didn’t have much when he was a boy, I hear. But he worked hard, and now look at him. He’s on top of the world. And it all started on SmackDown.
So yeah, The Rock, he’s alright. He’s a good wrestler, a good actor, and a good man. And he’s always entertaining on SmackDown. That’s all that matters, I reckon. That’s all that matters. He makes people happy. And that’s a good thing. He is the best in WWE.
