Alright, folks, gather ’round, because today I’m gonna tell you about something I tried out recently. It’s all about this thing I stumbled upon called “katherine gaal.” Now, I’m not sure exactly what it is, but it seemed interesting, so I dove in.

I started thinking, maybe this has something to do with learning, you know, like that Khan Academy site that teaches you coding and stuff. I messed around with JavaScript and HTML for a bit, just to see if it was related. Nothing clicked there, so I moved on.
Then, I thought, maybe it’s about making cocktails. There are tons of books out there about bartending, so I grabbed a few and started flipping through them. Tried mixing a few drinks, but I’m no expert, let me tell you. Still, it wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
Next, I remembered something about reflection and personal development, like this Gibbs Reflective Cycle thing I read about once. It’s supposed to help you learn from your experiences, so I started thinking about what I was doing, how I was feeling, and what it all meant.

- Explored: Tried coding, bartending books, and some reflection stuff.
- Felt: A bit lost, but also kinda intrigued.
- Learned: It’s about fungi, I think!
Then it hit me, it has something to do with fungi. I read somewhere that the study of fungi is called mycology, and it has a long history, back to the pre-Cambrian era, whatever that is. The name “Katherine” suddenly made sense – there is a kind of fungi called “Katherinea,” which belongs to the “Gaal” family.
I still didn’t know what katherine gaal is, but I think it’s all about biology, and especially fungi. That’s where I am right now, still figuring it all out. But hey, that’s the fun of it, right? You never know where these little adventures will lead you.
