Okay, so I’ve been trying to get in better shape lately, and I stumbled upon this “Tiger Woods exercise” thing. I figured, hey, if it works for a golf legend, maybe it’ll do something for me, a regular dude who spends way too much time on the computer. I’m no athlete, that’s for sure, but I was curious.

First, I tried to find some kind of official workout routine. There all these articles and videos, it’s kind of a mess I just want a simple workout. I wanted something straight from the source, you know? But it’s mostly just bits and pieces of information.
My Attempt at a “Tiger Woods” Workout
So, I pieced together what I could from various, I’m not even sure that they were credible sources:
- Warm-up: I started with some basic stretches, like arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists. Just trying to get the blood flowing, nothing crazy.
- Cardio:I jogged. I’m not a runner, My goal was 30 minutes, but I admit I took some walking breaks.
- Strength Training: This is where it got even more confusing. I saw some mentions of squats, lunges, and push-ups, so I did a few sets of each. Also I did some bicep curls and triceps. Honestly, I just used some dumbbells I had lying around.
- Core Work: Planks and crunches seemed to be a common theme, so I threw those in. My abs were definitely feeling it the next day.
- Cool-down: More stretching, basically the same as the warm-up.
I did this routine a few times a week, along with my regular walks. I can’t say I suddenly transformed into a golf pro or anything, but I definitely felt more energized and a little * wasn’t a magical transformation, but it was something.
My takeaway? It’s probably best to work with a real trainer if you’re serious about fitness. But if you’re just looking for some basic exercises to get you moving, this cobbled-together “Tiger Woods” workout might not be a bad place to start. I’m still tweaking it, and figuring out, but it’s been a decent starting point for me.
