Alright, so you wanna know about this Dylan Edwards fella, huh? Well, lemme tell ya what I know. I ain’t no fancy writer or nothin’, but I can surely spin a yarn or two.
First off, this Dylan fella, seems like he’s a football player. You know, one of them fellas who run around throwin’ a ball and knockin’ each other down. Sounds like a rough job to me, but hey, to each their own. I heard tell he was born on September 22nd. Don’t know which year, but that ain’t too important, is it? Folks always makin’ a fuss about birthdays. Every day’s a blessin’, I say.
Now, this boy, he’s been busy, real busy. They say he “wrapped up a busy year with a heartwarming milestone.” Sounds like somethin’ nice happened to him. Maybe he got hitched, or maybe had a little’un. Who knows? Folks these days, they use big words for simple things.
College Football, That’s Where It’s At
They also say he was a “true freshman” at some place called Colorado in 2023. Now, I ain’t sure what a “freshman” is, but I reckon it means he’s new to somethin’. Maybe new to that there college football. And seems like he was a good runner, carried the ball a whole bunch of times, 53 times to be exact, and ran a long ways, 345 yards they say. That’s a lot of runnin’, let me tell ya. He even scored three times doin’ it! And he caught the ball too, 17 times for another 106 yards and another score. Sounds like he’s pretty good at this football thing.

Movin’ Around, That’s What Young Folks Do
But then, this boy, he up and left Colorado. Went to another place called Kansas State. They call ’em the “Wildcats.” Sounds fierce, don’t it? He told some fella on a podcast, whatever that is, that he heard from a bunch of other schools too. Georgia, Ole Miss, Texas A&M… Big names, I guess. But he picked Kansas State. Maybe they got better grass, or somethin’. Young folks, they change their minds quicker than the weather.
Lots of Runnin’, That’s for Sure
And get this, they say in his whole career, he’s run 622 times for 6,426 yards. That’s a whole lotta runnin’! I bet his legs are tired. My legs get tired just walkin’ to the mailbox. But I guess that’s what they pay him to do, run around and catch that ball.
He Announced it on the Internet Thingy
He even told everyone he was goin’ to Kansas State on that “X” thing, used to be called Twitter, I think. Posted a picture of himself in a Wildcats uniform. Kids these days, always on them phones and computers. Back in my day, we just told each other things face to face. But I guess times change, huh?
Anyways, that’s about all I know ’bout this Dylan Edwards fella. Seems like a good runner, plays a lot of football, and moves around a bit. He’s probably a good kid, most of them football players are. Just tryin’ to make a livin’, I reckon. Just like the rest of us.
