Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this team setup in Wuthering Waves, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I heard a lot of folks talking about Jiyan, calling him a top-tier Aero character, and thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
First, I started by pulling Jiyan. Luckily, I got him early. He’s a 5-star character, which is pretty awesome. I quickly learned that he’s all about that heavy attack damage. Basically, you want to use his Intro Skill, and then boom, start smashing.
Then, I found out about this character named Verina. She’s a healer, which is great because staying alive is generally a good idea. But she also buffs your attack, so she’s like the perfect sidekick for Jiyan. I added her to my team right away.
Next, I needed a third member. I stumbled upon this guy named Mortefi, some people call him the “Red Guy”. I’m not sure why, but whatever. Turns out, he’s a pretty good fit for this team. He helps make Jiyan deal with even more damage and helps him with energy management.
So, I put these three together – Jiyan, Verina, and Mortefi – and started playing. I went through a bunch of guides, trying to figure out the best way to use them. People kept talking about Echoes and weapons, but honestly, I just picked what looked cool and seemed to work. I’m not really into all that min-maxing stuff, you know?
Here is the order that I play them in:
- First, I start with Verina to give my team some attack buffs and healing.
- Second, I switch to Mortefi to start dealing damage, which helps my team get energy faster.
- Finally, I switch to Jiyan and I’ll use his special move and then just keep hitting enemies with his heavy attack.
After playing with them, I felt really good with them. My team could do a ton of damage, both to single enemies and groups. It’s a bit of a learning curve, figuring out the right order to use their skills, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty smooth. Some enemies just melt, it’s wild!
In the end, I totally get why people are so hyped about Jiyan and his team. It’s a solid setup, and it’s been a blast figuring it all out. If you’re playing Wuthering Waves, I definitely recommend giving this team a try. Just remember, it’s all about having fun and finding what works for you.
My Personal Thoughts
I think these three characters make a strong team, it’s been fun for me. For anyone who pulled Jiyan, I highly recommend using him with Verina and Mortefi. This game is pretty cool, and using this team makes it even better.
