Okay, so today I wanted to dig into something a little different – Jordan Thompson and volleyball. I’ve been seeing her name pop up everywhere, and I was like, “Who IS this person?” So, I did what any curious person would do: I went down the rabbit hole.

After that, I got curious about her training. I mean, how do you get that good? I stumbled across some interviews where she talks about her routine. It’s intense! Lots of weightlifting, plyometrics, and of course, tons of practice on the court. It made me tired just reading about it, to be honest.
My Final Thought
So, yeah, that’s my little Jordan Thompson deep dive. I went in knowing practically nothing, and I came out totally impressed. She’s an amazing athlete, and it’s clear she puts in the work to be at the top of her game. It made me want get out and be a better person,it is awesome!
