Alright, alright, let me tell ya ’bout this fella, Xander Schauffele, and his missus. Folks call him a golf champion, somethin’ like that. Big shot, I guess. And his wife? Name’s Maya, Maya somethin’. Maya Schauffele now, I reckon, since they got hitched.

But she ain’t one for the cameras, you know? Keeps to herself, doesn’t like all the fuss and bother. A quiet one, like my old Bessie, the cow. Just wants to do her thing, no need for all the hoopla.

Folks say she’s got some Japanese in her, from her family, I s’pose. And she can speak the language too, even though she’s been livin’ in America for a good long while. Born in California, that place everyone talks about. La Jolla, they call it. Fancy name for a town, if you ask me. But then again, I ain’t never been much for travelin’. Content right here, I am.
Xander and Maya, they seem like a good pair, from what I can tell. They got their own place down in Florida, Jupiter, they call it. Close to their friends, another couple, seems like they all hang out together. Goin’ on vacations and such. Livin’ the good life, I guess. Good for them, I say. Everyone deserves a little happiness, even them golf folks.
Now, I don’t know much ’bout golf, or any of that fancy sports stuff. But I know a good thing when I see it. And these two, they seem to have a good thing goin’. He’s out there winnin’ his championships, and she’s there supportin’ him, quiet-like, in the background. A good woman, that Maya. A good wife. That’s all a man really needs, ain’t it? A good woman by his side.
I heard tell his daddy was from Germany, somethin’ about Stuttgart. But Xander, he’s all American, plays golf for America. Seems like a good boy, works hard for what he’s got. And Maya, she sounds like a good egg too. Smart, quiet, and keeps to herself. They ain’t like them flashy folks you see on the TV all the time, always makin’ a fuss. These two, they just get on with it, livin’ their lives the way they want to.
So, there you have it. That’s all I know ’bout Xander Schauffele and his wife, Maya. Not much, maybe, but enough to know they’re good folks.
