Okay, so I’ve been hyped about this “NCAA Football 25” game, just like everybody else. But then I started looking into actually buying the darn thing, and let me tell you, it’s a whole process. I just wanted to play some virtual college football, you know? It shouldn’t be that complicated.
First off, I started with a basic search, I figured I’d see what the general vibe was, price-wise. This way, I found that a lot of stores offer deals like free delivery on these types of things. That’s good, right? I also saw some customer reviews, which was also good since I wanted to know what others were thinking about it before I bought it. But then I saw there are multiple versions of this game which confused me.
Then I dug a little deeper, found some blog posts about preordering and stuff. Apparently, there’s a “Standard Edition,” a “Deluxe Edition,” and even an “MVP Edition.” What? Why so many? All I wanted was the standard game, I thought it’d be simple. Each version has its own pricing.
So, I started comparing these editions. The “Deluxe” one gives you some kind of early access, like three days before everyone else. Plus, it comes with these “College Football Points” – 4600 of them, to be exact. Honestly, I don’t even know what those are. But hey, sounds fancy, right? This one’s going for around 99.99 bucks. Sounds a bit too much, but I continued to check.
- The “Standard Edition” is just the basic game, which is probably all I need.
- The “Deluxe Edition” has that early access and some extra goodies, but it’s pricier.
- And then there’s the “MVP Edition,” which I guess is for the real die-hard fans. It also gets you the game three days early, plus some content.
Here’s the thing:
I spent a good chunk of time reading through what each edition offers. I mean, the “Deluxe” one seems cool with that “Ultimate Alumni Pack,” but do I really need it? I just wanna throw some virtual touchdowns, not get bogged down in all these extras. It’s cool they have elite content, I don’t know, it all seemed like a bit too much.
After all that research, I’m still not even sure which one to get. I might just flip a coin or something. It’s like, I appreciate the options, but sometimes you just want a simple, no-frills gaming experience, right? Anyway, that’s my little adventure in trying to figure out the price of “NCAA Football 25.” What a journey, right?
