Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this whole Notre Dame football quarterback thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. I started off just wanting to see what the hype was about with this Riley Leonard guy.
First, I just watched some clips. I saw some highlights, you know, where this Leonard dude was playing. I saw one where he scored a touchdown and pointed up, like, to the sky. It was after some big game, maybe the Orange Bowl? Anyway, he was all, “Jesus,” and I thought, okay, interesting.
Then I did some digging. I started by just reading anything I could find. I wanted to know every time this guy, Riley Leonard, was mentioned. So, I set up alerts for any news about college football’s top 25 teams. I figured that’s where I’d find him since Notre Dame is usually in the mix, you know?
- I started getting all these emails, a bunch of them.
- Most of them were just about rankings, scores, the usual sports stuff.
- But then, bam! There he was. It was after an Orange Bowl.
Then I got deeper into it. I saw this one game where Leonard got hurt. I was like, “Oh no!” I was watching it, and he just went out for a bit. But, they ended up winning, and it was like, the College Football Playoff title game or something really big like that. Talk about a nail-biter!
Getting Serious
Then things got a bit more intense. I was watching this game where Notre Dame played against Penn State, I think it was. This Penn State player, a safety named Zakee Wheatley, sacked Leonard. It was rough, man. I actually felt bad for the guy.
But then, here’s the kicker: I read that Leonard came back into the game after that hit! Apparently, he had some kind of scare, a concussion maybe? But he returned! It was crazy. I was like, “This guy’s tough.” And that’s pretty much where I left off. I’m still following his story, though. It’s pretty wild, right? This Riley Leonard guy is definitely someone to watch. He’s tough, he points to Jesus, and he wins big games. What more can you want?
