Okay, guys, today I wanna talk about this crazy agent called Raze in Valorant. I’ve been messing around with her, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride.
So, first off, I tried to get a handle on Raze’s Boom Bot. This little guy is a lifesaver when you need to clear out areas. I started tossing it into corners, around doorways, just to see what it could sniff out. It’s pretty good at finding enemies hiding in those sneaky spots. Then I tried to combine this with some of my other tactics, as I wanted to see the effect of 1+1>2. At last I succeed, which makes me happy.
- Send the Boom Bot into a tight space.
- Wait for it to detect an enemy.
- Use the chaos to push forward or toss a grenade.
Next up, the Blast Packs. Man, these things are fun. I started just using them to get around the map faster. I’d stick one on a wall, jump, and then blast off. It took a bit of practice to get the timing right, but once I did, I was flying all over the place. I remember once I boosted myself up to a higher level and surprised a couple of enemies who had no idea I was coming. It felt so good to pull off those kinds of moves! This makes me feel that I was really a genius, ha-ha!
Then there are the Paint Shells. These are basically grenades, but they explode into smaller grenades. I found that they’re really good for clearing out rooms. I’d throw one into a room where I knew enemies were hiding, and the explosions would either take them out or force them to move, making them easy targets. You know, I used to throw them without much thought, but then I started aiming them more carefully, bouncing them off walls and stuff. It made a huge difference.
- Toss a Paint Shell into a room to clear it out.
- Bounce them off walls to hit enemies around corners.
- Combine them with the Boom Bot for maximum area denial.
And finally, her Ultimate: Showstopper. This thing is a beast. It’s a rocket launcher that can take out multiple enemies with one shot. I used it a few times when I was defending a site, and the other team tried to rush in. One well-placed rocket, and boom, they were all down. But it’s not just for defense. I also used it to push onto a site, firing it into a group of enemies to clear the way for my team.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing, though. There were times when I messed up, blew myself up with my own Blast Packs, or missed my shots with the Showstopper. But each time I learned something new. I started to understand the maps better, where enemies liked to hide, and how to use Raze’s abilities to counter them. I watched some videos of pro players using Raze and tried to copy their moves. Some worked, some didn’t, but it was all part of the process.
My Tips for You
If you’re thinking about trying Raze, here are a few things I picked up:
- Practice makes perfect. Don’t be afraid to experiment with her abilities.
- Use the Boom Bot to scout ahead. It’s better to lose the bot than to walk into a trap.
- Get good with the Blast Packs. They can be used for mobility, but also for quick attacks.
- Don’t waste your Paint Shells. Aim them carefully for maximum impact.
- The Showstopper is powerful but can be tricky. Use it when you know you can hit multiple targets or to clear a path.
Raze is a blast to play. She’s all about aggression and making big plays. It took me a while to get comfortable with her, but now I can confidently say that I can hold my own in a match. I’m still learning, of course, but that’s part of the fun. There’s always a new trick to learn, a new way to use her abilities. So, give Raze a try, and see how you like blowing things up!
And hey, if you’ve got any tips of your own, let me know. I’m always up for learning something new!
