Man, today I gotta talk about Santos Escobar. What a day it’s been trying to get this figured out.
So, I started my day like any other, browsing the web, and I stumbled upon this wrestler, Santos Escobar. I had heard the name before but never really dug into his career. I saw something about him losing a U.S. Title match to LA Knight on SmackDown, which piqued my interest.
I decided to do some digging. First, I checked out some SmackDown highlights from around August, just to see what this match was all about. Then, I found some info about a match he had with Dominik on a March 3 episode. Apparently, he lost that one too because of some interference, and then Dominik ripped up a mask that was given to Escobar. Pretty rough, huh?
Next, I dove a little deeper and discovered that this guy actually won the NXT Cruiserweight Championship. Spent about three years in NXT before moving up to the main roster in 2022. His debut on SmackDown was on October 7. So, he’s relatively new to the big stage, but he’s been around the block.
- Started by finding recent match info.
- Moved to older matches for context.
- Discovered his NXT history.
- Realized he’s been in the game for a while.
But that wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to know more than just wrestling stuff. I tried searching on Bing, hoping to get some more background info. I had heard they had some issues with getting indexed on Google for some services, so I thought maybe Bing would have something different. No luck there, unfortunately.
After that, I figured I’d look for some tools to track performance, you know, like those analytics things. I came across some website with calculators for all sorts of stuff – STEM, finance, even cooking. Not really what I was looking for, but a cool find nonetheless.
Other Searches I Did
I even ended up looking at obituaries in Florence on *. Don’t ask me why, I guess I just went down a rabbit hole. Found a menu for a steakhouse called Quincys Steak & Spirits in Florence, CO, on some site called Sirved. Looked pretty good, might have to check it out if I’m ever in the area.
Then I stumbled upon some city info about Florence. It’s a statutory city in Fremont County, Colorado, with a population of 3,822 according to the 2020 census. I even looked up some random salary info on some website, for companies like Lockheed Martin and Gainsight. Totally unrelated, but hey, you never know what you’ll find.
Finally, I ended up on a page about Lauren Ralph Lauren women’s clothing. Again, no idea how I got there, but it just shows how one thing leads to another on the internet.
So yeah, that’s how I spent my day learning about Santos Escobar and a bunch of other random stuff. It was a wild ride, but that’s the internet for you. You start with a simple search and end up all over the place. What a day.
