So, I got this email today from Dell, talking about their “Tank Dell College” thing. I was like, “What’s this all about?” I’m always looking for ways to up my tech game, you know? So, I decided to check it out.

First off, I opened the email and read through it. It mentioned something about learning new skills and getting certified. Sounded interesting, but I needed more info. I went to the Dell website and started browsing. I typed “Tank Dell College” into the search bar, and a bunch of stuff popped up.
Then I spent a good hour or so just clicking around, reading descriptions, and watching some videos. It looks like they have courses on all sorts of things – cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, the whole nine yards. I was especially intrigued by the cybersecurity stuff. They had courses on ethical hacking and network defense and some other interesting ones. It is a good place for a learner.
After that, I tried to find out how much these courses cost. Some are free, which is pretty cool. Others, you gotta pay for, but it didn’t seem too crazy expensive. I also noticed they have different learning paths, so you can pick the one that fits your goals.
I also found some stories from people who had taken these courses. They talked about how it helped them get better jobs or learn new skills for their current roles. Seemed pretty legit.
Finally, I decided to sign up for a free introductory course on cloud computing. Figured it was a good way to test the waters. I created an account, which was super easy, and enrolled in the course. The interface is easy to use, too.
I haven’t finished the course yet, but so far, it’s been pretty good. The videos are easy to follow, and they have quizzes to check your understanding. I think this “Tank Dell College” thing could be a good opportunity to learn some new stuff and maybe even get certified in something.
