Then, there’s also Tom Hutton. The guy is 32 years old and a punter for Oklahoma State. Turns out he’s the oldest active player in the NCAA right now, not just Division 1. He’s from Australia, and started as a freshman at 29!
I also looked into the NFL, just for kicks. The oldest NFL player ever was George Blanda. He played until he was 48! He was a kicker and a quarterback, so he was doing more than just kicking it.
