Alright, so you wanna know about this Aaron Judge fella, huh? And how much money he’s got? Well, lemme tell ya, that boy’s got more money than I’ve ever seen in my whole life! They say he’s worth somethin’ like 50 million dollars, maybe even 55 million! Can you believe that? Fifty-five million! That’s a whole lotta hay, I tell ya.
Who is this Aaron Judge anyway?
Well, from what I hear, he’s a baseball player. Plays for the New York Yankees, you know, the team with the fancy pinstripes. He hits the ball real far, they say. Hits it right outta the park! That’s how he makes all that money, I guess. Hitting home runs and such.
- He’s a real good player, they say. An “All-Star,” whatever that means.
- Folks call him the MVP sometimes. That must be somethin’ special, I reckon.
- And get this, he even broke some kinda record for hittin’ the most home runs in a season. 62 of ’em! That’s more than I’ve had hot dinners in a year, I betcha!
How’d he get so rich?
Well, it ain’t from farmin’, that’s for sure! This boy makes his money playin’ that there baseball. He’s real good at it, so they pay him a whole heap. Just last year, he signed a big ol’ contract, a nine-year deal they call it. Said it was worth 360 million dollars! Now, I ain’t good at math, but that sounds like a whole lotta money to me. That’s more zeros than I got chickens in the coop, I tell ya!
He’s the highest-paid player on the Yankees team, they say. That means he makes more money than all them other fellas runnin’ around in pinstripes. Must be nice, huh? Not havin’ to worry about the price of eggs or whether the crops will come in good this year.
Fifty million dollars… What would I do with all that money?
Well, I sure wouldn’t be sittin’ here talkin’ to you, that’s for sure! I’d buy myself a new tractor, a real fancy one with all the bells and whistles. And maybe a bigger farm, with more land than I could ever work. I’d get me some good help, too, so I wouldn’t have to do all the work myself. And I’d give some to my kids and grandkids, of course. Make sure they’re all set.
And you know what else I’d do? I’d buy myself a big ol’ rocking chair, and I’d sit on my porch and watch the sun go down. And I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing, not a single thing. Just sit there and rock, and listen to the crickets sing. That’d be the life, wouldn’t it?
But Aaron Judge, he’s still a young fella. He’s probably not thinkin’ about rockin’ chairs and sunsets just yet. He’s out there hittin’ baseballs and makin’ money. And good for him, I say. He’s worked hard for it, I reckon. But 50 million dollars… that’s a whole lotta money. More money than anyone could ever need, if you ask me.
So, there you have it. That’s what I know about Aaron Judge and his money. He’s a baseball player, a real good one, and he’s got more money than he probably knows what to do with. But hey, that’s his business, not mine. I’m just an old woman, sittin’ here and tellin’ ya what I heard. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on my chickens.
