Okay, so I’ve been messing around with carp fishing stuff lately, and I wanted to try out the Korda GF stuff. I’d heard good things, so I figured, why not?

First thing I did was grab some of the Korda Goo. I went with the “Garlic Supreme,” ’cause, well, garlic, right? Everyone knows fish love garlic. I also picked up some of their boilies – just the basic fishmeal ones, nothing fancy.
Getting Started
My plan was simple: I’d use the Goo to boost the boilies. Make ’em extra smelly and attractive. So, I dumped a bunch of boilies into a small tub. Then, I squirted a generous amount of the Garlic Supreme Goo all over them. I made sure every single boilie got a good coating. I closed the tub and gave it a good shake to make sure every boilie got covered real good. Then i left the tub for an hour to soak in.
The Waiting Game
After letting them soak for a while, I headed down to my local lake. Found a nice spot with some overhanging trees – carp love those.
I used my usual rig. Nothing complicated, just a simple hair rig. I threaded one of the Goo-soaked boilies onto the hair. It smelled potent.
I chucked the rig out, aiming for a spot near the reeds where I’d seen some fish activity earlier. Then, the waiting game began. I scattered a few extra boilies around my hookbait, just to get the fish interested in the area.
The Results
It didn’t take long. Maybe 20 minutes later, my rod tip banged down hard. Fish on! It put up a good fight, but I eventually landed a nice mirror carp. I ended up catching a couple more.I was feeling good.
So, yeah, that’s my Korda GF experiment. Seemed to work pretty well! I’ll definitely be using that Goo again. Maybe next time I’ll try a different flavor. It’s all about experimenting, right?
